After hearing the legend of the Star Whale, Ivan couldn't help but sigh. This magnificent creature, akin to a savior, had no means to protect itself. Even when others hunted and killed it, it couldn't retaliate. Any retaliation would inflict pain on the attacker as well. The extinction of such an extraordinary species due to the greed of other cosmic creatures was indeed a tragedy.

According to the Red Queen, while Star Whales were colossal, they didn't require excessive amounts of food. They primarily absorbed light as an energy source. During their travels through the universe, they even absorbed cosmic rays, converting light into energy, and forming a protective shield on their bodies that simulated various environments. This allowed the creatures aboard them to survive.

Similarly, the hatching of a Star Whale egg required light. This particular Star Whale egg should have landed on Earth during the time of the dinosaurs. It was close to hatching but couldn't break free from its shell, which ended up buried in a lightless location, preventing it from emerging. The egg had fallen into a deep sleep.

Even though the egg couldn't hatch, the Star Whale's instincts had already formed, including an urge to save the dinosaurs facing extinction. It maintained a magnetic field covering a piece of land to sustain the environment required for the ancient creatures' survival. Over countless years of change, this island emerged.

If Ivan were to offer his perspective on this Star Whale egg, he would describe it as Earth's Noah's Ark. If humanity ever faced destruction, this unhatched Star Whale would be their final hope.

While Ivan didn't consider himself a virtuous person, when it came to the survival of Earth as a whole, he was prepared to contribute. He decided to rescue the unborn Star Whale.

"The Red Queen, how is the condition of the Star Whale egg now? Is it still alive?"

"It's in a dire state. To maintain this island's environment and enable the ancient creatures to survive, it has emitted its magnetic field to envelop the island. However, without the presence of light to nourish it, its vitality is dwindling. If you wish to save it, you must act swiftly."

Now, Ivan was feeling the pressure. It wouldn't be easy. The Star Whale eggs were located in the lair of the Skullcrawlers. Dealing with them was a more complicated task than handling King Kong. The largest Skullcrawlers in the vicinity was similar in size to King Kong, and it was accompanied by dozens of smaller ones. Unless they were willing to resort to heavy artillery bombardment, it was a risky endeavor. Such an approach might inadvertently harm the Star Whale egg, leaving Ivan with a conundrum.

Ivan hadn't yet figured out how to extract the Star Whale egg and the means to deal with the Skullcrawlers when the Red Queen delivered another piece of troubling news. "There's another matter I must bring to your attention. This island is floating, and it's due to the Star Whale. While the Star Whale hatchling that hasn't yet emerged can't make the island fly, its anti-gravity ability is still in effect, coupled with seawater buoyancy, which keeps the island afloat. If you remove the Star Whale eggs from the island, the island will immediately sink to the ocean floor. Everything on the island, apart from the aquatic creatures, will perish. Their agony and despair before death will undoubtedly be sensed by the eggs, potentially killing them."

Facing these dire circumstances, Ivan was in a bind. Despite his initial hesitation, he decided to embark on the rescue mission. After several days of contemplation, he came up with some ideas.

First, Ivan planned to address the island issue. He intended to create an anti-gravity device to stabilize the island, and this task wouldn't be too challenging. At the Future Technology Exhibition in the United States, Howard Stark had already displayed an early version of an anti-gravity device, fooling a large group of spectators, including Captain America. Combined with the technological knowledge derived from the Kryptonian spacecraft, Ivan was confident he could construct the anti-gravity device they needed.

As for the power required to sustain the entire island, Ivan remained undaunted. In "Avengers: Age of Ultron," Ultron utilized an anti-gravity device to lift an entire city into the sky with the intent of plummeting it back to Earth to destroy its inhabitants.

Ivan didn't require such an immense anti-gravity device. As long as he could stabilize Skull Island using seawater buoyancy, he believed he could achieve that goal. He had full faith in his resourcefulness and the assistance of the Red Queen.

The next challenge was how to deal with the Skullcrawlers and how to extract the Star Whale egg from the underground cave. Even the smallest Skullcrawlers exceeded 20 meters in length, with the longest reaching nearly 50 meters. Dealing with them would be much more challenging than confronting King Kong.

Upon analyzing the situation of the Skullcrawlers, it became apparent that they possessed extraordinary strength, likely influenced by the magnetic field of the Star Whale egg. If Ivan attempted to harm them directly, the Skullcrawlers would undoubtedly put up a fierce fight.

To address this issue, Ivan considered several methods. After careful deliberation, he decided to collect tissue cells from these Skullcrawlers using nanorobots. He would then manufacture anesthetic drugs specifically designed for them. The nanorobots would inject the drugs into the there bodies. As they became entangled in the anesthetic's effects, Ivan would take the opportunity to remove the egg.

Initially, Ivan had contemplated using highly poisonous drugs to eliminate the Skullcrawlers. However, upon reflection, he decided that it was unnecessary. The island's unique ecosystem and the Skullcrawlers, rare ancient creatures, made it a pity to destroy them. Therefore, Ivan ultimately opted for anesthesia instead of elimination.

The last challenge was how to transport the Star Whale egg out of the underground cave. The channel within the skeleton lizard python's nest, which measured 40 to 50 meters in width, wasn't sufficient to accommodate the 100-meter diameter Star Whale eggs. Digging a channel of such width on the island was a formidable task, given the various crises it presented.

Despite considerable thought, Ivan couldn't find a suitable solution. Faced with the dilemma, he ultimately made a difficult decision. He was willing to sacrifice dozens of space energy crystals to open a sufficiently large space wormhole and transport the Star Whale egg through it. The cost was high, but the survival of the Star Whale made it worthwhile.

Following this decision, Ivan entered a phase of intense activity. Each day, he would rise early and head to the laboratory to examine the tissue cells of the Skullcrawlers, and anti-gravity devices, assemble instruments to open space wormholes, and meticulously plan his actions.

It took a full month for Ivan to prepare everything he needed. Once the preparations were complete, he led the way. He oversaw the installation of the anti-gravity device beneath Skull Island, ensuring it wouldn't sink without the Star Whale eggs' anti-gravity magnetic field.

When all was ready, Ivan set his plan into motion. He led a team of more than a hundred elite soldiers, armed with substantial firepower, including rocket launchers.

Ivan was well aware that when the Skullcrawlers realized the Star Whale egg was missing, they would go on a rampage searching for them. The impact on the island's creatures would be catastrophic. To prevent this, he planned to deploy heavy firepower against the Skullcrawlers, overwhelming them and compelling them to retreat.

The journey to the designated location on Skull Island took the group three days, traversing rugged terrain. The journey was strenuous, but Ivan had meticulously selected the most suitable route, guided by the data his nanorobots had collected across the island.

With the assistance of the nano-robots, Ivan was well-acquainted with every inch of Skull Island, ensuring that the chosen route avoided most of the dangerous creatures and was the safest and most efficient path.

Finally, after a long trek, the group reached their predetermined destination. The calm lake stood before them, surrounded by a haunting quiet. No other creatures dared to approach, creating an eerie and tense atmosphere. The elite soldiers understood that the only explanation for this eerie silence was the presence of an extremely dangerous entity in the lake, a creature that even the other beasts feared.

While Ivan wasn't a skilled fighter, he allowed Arnold, his trusted right-hand man, to take the lead. Upon Arnold's signal, the elite soldiers sprang into action, setting up their firepower around the lake with silent precision. Meanwhile, Arnold unveiled a sci-fi weapon from his equipment, a laser cannon crafted by Ivan.

This laser cannon was specifically designed to deal with the Skullcrawlers. Ivan had invested considerable resources and materials from the spaceship and the Hydra base in its creation. Arnold, his most trusted companion, was entrusted with this high-powered weapon.

Amidst the preparations, Ivan and the Red Devil found a secluded spot. Holding hands, Ivan projected an image into Red Devil's mind. The Red Devil, wielding spatial abilities, activated them, causing the two to vanish from the scene.
