"You're meeting her family in a week!" Benedict exclaimed after Cardan gave them a group call.

Cardan hummed in response as if he was just talking about what was for dinner.

"I've already met her parents but not as her boyfriend" he explained.

"That makes it worse" Aaron muttered before continuing "There's nothing worse then finding out that the man you thought you could trust has been converting your daughter."

Cardan rolled his eyes "I wasn't at first and stuff happened that lead to us."

"Do you at least have the mom's support?" Aaron asked.

"Yes" Cardan said with full confidence.

Benedict let out a breathe "Well that's a relief. I thought we almost lost you there you know."

"So any suggestions on how I should act?" Cardan asked.

"Just act like she gave you no other choice but to say yes. Make it seem like she seduced you but don't make it obvious" Benedict offered.
