Uzumaki capitalism

After an hour of bickering between city officials. They reached the point to speak about the mission.

"Trough we do not know why an entire village disappeared. We know almost nothing even after careful investigation on our part.We didn't find any kinds of struggle, from the villagers. The village was looted, but the houses remained intact, which means that they surrendered willingly, to bandits whom were with considerable numbers advantage, or there some ninjas doing. We cannot manage their protection alone, so I request for help from you venerable ninjas.You must find the villagers and ,if possible to help them and return them to their village of they were forcefully taken from their homes. All costs will be payed from the city for the remainder of your stay till the end of the mission." The lord said while his lackey nodded in conformation.

"We accept the mission Mitsunari-sama." The Nara woman said.

"We need to speak with the guards who did the investigation to get their side from the investigation, before we start ours." The ninja said in polite tone.

"Consider it done,Hanzō accompany our guest, and explain the situation that you've concluded. For the the meeting is over. Gentelmen have a good evening. The city officials bowed and got out from their seats, and proceeded to walk towards the door.

After the ninjas got out of the hall.

"We will rest for the night, and tomorrow before dawn. We will go to the guards hall, for a full debrief. Can we do it that way, Hanzō -san." Kenji asked while looking at Hanzō.

"Yes, there will be no problem."Hanzō said.

"Excellent meet you at dawn. Kimimaro, Mangetsu after me." Kenji said as the Kaguya trio departed from the main group.

"Where are we going Kenji- san?" Kimimaro asked.

"We are going to seals shop.

I need a pouch and you need a scroll. "Kenji answered as he walked towards the main street.

"Why we don't make our equipment in the clan?"Mangetsu asked.

"Because we can't . We had two seal masters in our clan but now they died due to old age. So right now we have none,and no one had the patience or the talent to learn from them when they were alive.So right now we are in peculiar situation. Fortunately our clan Kekkei Genkai, does not require to use weaponry because we simply can create them from our bodies. But like me not everyone from the clan has the kekkei genkai. So right now we are in dire need for a seals master. And we need to substitute it with orders from one of the three clans. Which is quite expensive." Kenji said

"As you know there are three clans that can make seals. The Uzumaki, which is the main clans, Honda clan which is subordinates to Uzumakis and Yaka clan. Which stole some common sealing techniques from Honda clan. " Kenji said.

Of corse almost every seal derives from Uzumaki clan but that doesn't mean that they are the only ones who can do sealing work. Actually many clans do their own seals for one reason or another, but they create seals only for themselves and their seals are countless times more inferior ,than the three clans."Kenji continued and sighed.

Soon the boys reached whirlpool sign on top of a big shop.

A red haired shop keeper was lazing on the desk.

"If that's not the Kaguyas…what do you need." An uzumaki man said.

"A pouch and a scroll." Kenji said

"Sixty ryo."

" I will give you fifty." Kenji replied.

The Uzumaki scratched his head.

"You are putting me in hard postion, fifty five take it or leave it."

"Fine by me." Kenji relented.

Kimimaro squinted his eyes

"Capitalist!" He roared in his mind. (The price is 51 975 USD. For the scroll and the pouch.)

"Wait here a minute" the Uzumaki man said as he entered some back room.

Soon he returned with a scroll and a pouch.

"It's been pleasure doing business with you." The Uzumaki smiled and waved.

Kenji said nothing, and went out the door, leaving the place tranquil again.

"Here" Kenji said as he gave the scroll to Kimimaro.

"Why…we don't steal it Kenji- san." Mangetsu asked.

"Because fighting against Uzumaki in their own turf is suicidal. Every Uzumaki store is filled to the brim with seals.

They are the best ambush and defensive ninjas in the world for a reason. If the world could destroy the Uzumakis it would've been done. But like us they have close ties to the royal family, if not closer. That's one of their protections. The second protection is their influence. They have so much of it.Like If they point their finger towards some clan that annoys them or they are bad for their business, countless other clans will answer their call. After all you will have so much benefits, by being on their good side….Till they hold over seventy percent of the seal business they are almost untouchable."
