In the end she just stood and ran to her room

Seeing her go Raj couldn't help laughing at this time he heard "oh gosh have you already started to tease Nandu, give her a break Raj" it turned out to be Nandu's parents who just walked in from the garden, thankfully they didn't hear what he actually told her so that's good. He just said to them "Oh aunt, uncle you know how much I missed you guys I'm just having fun" even though there were many problems at home it was true that everyone doted and loved Raj, maybe that's why the previous Raj ended up the way he did.

At the same time his parents also came to the living room, his mother came up to him and asked if he wanted anything to eat as he just came back and must be hungry, to which Raj said "Mom, I'm only eating if everyone eats with me" which surprised everyone present, because as they're always busy and disconnected with each other they just eat by themselves. But listening to Raj his father really started to believe that he has changed and maybe he could see a miracle at work here so he just laughed and said "Sure son you're right, we're all hungry!! Let's eat together!" and then he proceeded to call all the family members to the dining table, made Raj sit next to him beside the head chair, he saw Nandu coming and waved at her to come sit next to her, as she was the last to come out she didn't have a choice so she just obliged and sat next to him. And so he had his first meal with his whole family
