At this moment, a crowd gathered at the small pier in the village.

It's the day Luffy sets sail, the first step towards becoming a pirate and fulfilling his dreams.

When they were young, Sabo had said that his dream was to live a life of freedom, without any constraints.

So, Luffy becoming a pirate and sailing the seas is a way of fulfilling Sabo's dream as well.

And now, he can not only achieve his and Sabo's dreams but also follow in his big brother's footsteps...

"Take care, everyone! When I come back, I'll be the Pirate King!"

Luffy laughs and waves at the crowd, then prepares to set sail...

The Grand Line, Marineford Island, Marine Headquarters!

In a spacious room, numerous figures sit around a large round table.

They are the current Warlords of the Sea!

Hawkeye Mihawk, Gecko Moria, Boa Hancock, Bartholomew Kuma, Donquixote Doflamingo, Jinbe, and Crocodile.

At the head of the table sits Fleet Admiral Sengoku.

The three Marine Admirals, Akainu, Kizaru, and Aokiji, are also present.

And, of course, there is Garp, a vice admiral with the title of Marine Hero, whose status is equal to anyone else in the room.

His head hits the table with a thud, and he starts snoring within seconds...
