Kian's wolf was blind?

Upon noticing that Ralph was still, Kian's wolf made a move to run away, perhaps it was afraid of getting rejected. I could only but imagine what he must've went through.

It got on it's feet and attempted to run, but Ralph ran ahead and blocked it's path, he bridged the gap between them and started to fondle Kian's wolf.

'Don't run from me mate.' he spoke through the mindlink, as he gently nestled against our mate's velvety fur.

Kian's wolf took a hesitant step back, as though it were unsure, I could still pick up on the scent of fear exuding him. Ralph sensed it first and as a result he playfully nudged Kian's wolf in the shoulder.

The wolf growled at him, but Ralph continued to playfully nudge and shove him, panting loudly so Kian's wolf could hear which direction we were coming from.
