Oof

"Good me... Not showtime I guess..." despite his calm tone, from an outwardly perspective, the situation had devolved to utter shit real quick.

The place had been sealed as was planned, Otrera was locked in there, unfortunately, rather than locking them with him, he had just locked himself in there with them.

His hunch had been pinpoint accurate, this wasn't something he should be able to deal with.

As evidenced by the fact that his left hand was holding on by nothing but a piece skin, Cine, the shadow elf, was fairly simple to avoid, the same was true for Kop and Aterre.

Unfortunately, Souriceau had missed some vital information about Elta, the element infused alongside her sword magic weren't too strong due to the fact that she supposedly only had good affinity with the unusual element.

'She's using it without a hitch... It isn't recent, she was keeping it under her belt' he composedly remarked before hatefully spitting on Souriceau's dismembered corpse.

He would have had him killed either way but he had found a better use by having one of his thralls throw him at an incoming attack.

"Who would have guessed that you were so proficient with space magic? Offensively at that..." Axio spoke, acting as if he was familiar with her, surely, if they believed he was part of a plot or some crap of that sort, they would be more inclined to keep him alive.

He didn't doubt that he could be able to avoid the space slashes from before were it be thrown at him again, however, this was just one attack and she wasn't by herself, while his troops were getting pulverised by the seconds.

He had taken his sweet time to collect many of the bosses of Defy, in multiple models at that, some from the lower floors too, but it seemed like Otrera was a bit too high level for this dungeon.

"Who are you?" asked Elta, still attacking him either way.

The wretch jumped back, blatantly defying physic as he almost appeared to float mid-air due to being awfully lighter than he should be allowed to and also due to actually having a strange way of interacting with the air as he moved.

In short, it didn't just look like it, he was actually going against nature everytime he freaking moved.

Which was why he was so repulsing to everyone that saw him without his little disguise, he simply moved unnaturaly at all times.

He skillfully avoided dozens of shadow spikes while in the air, landing a bit further without a scratch despite the rugged terrain.

"God" he casually replied with a smirk as he began running in the opposite directions, putting his uncovered feet onto a still undetonated explosive for a moment and jumping in the air, using the blast to propel himself away as he caused more of the floor's ceiling to collapse alongside one of the pillars.

Using the smoke as a cover, the little freak had completely vanished under the eyes of everyone present, which including more members of Otrera that Axiolypito hadn't bothered to acknowledge the existence of.

Their projectiles and attacks weren't fast or accurate enough for him to care.

The mages and anyone with heigthened or extra sense of some sorts tried to locate him but Axio was too good for them, remaining completely still and almost halting his heartbeat to zero as he forcefully put himself close to passing out to make himself as hard to notice as possible.

Still, he didn't miss the moment Elta, her again, turned to face him directly amidst the vines covering the ceiling.

Without hesitating he dropped down as the vines were suddenly cut apart by a space slash, he was first doing so head first as he had been holding on using his feet, since one of his hands was useless and the other was busy making sure the other didn't fall of completely.

He believed that the regeneration granted to him when he gained something new would have an easier time healing an almost missing limb compared to one that was missing.

Just like a cat, he swiftly rotated around and landed on his feet without a sound despite the height.

He easily evaded the barrages coming at him and ran away from the front-liners trying to get him to stay in place.

His enslaved minions had since long been killed and for some reason, he was refraining from using his spawners, not using his size manipulation made sense since he could evade everything easily without it but not retaliating in any way wasn't in his habits.

Using that alongside the few explosive nest placed around, he would have been able to split their focus and get away much more effectively.

"Taking your time?" he asked as he looked back by bending his back backwards.

There was only one reason he wasn't going ham on them from the start and even after they wounded him.

"Here I am" This was the answer he received as figure in dark from head to toe stepped out of a deep purple mist from the very back of the floor, a place the wretch had never run toward.

This was one of the demands of this calm kin of his, he didn't specify but he wanted them to be as unharmed as possible before coming in.

"Finall-" before he could finish his sentence, a blade struck him in the face, splitting his left cheek open.

"Again?!" he exclaimed, having gotten out lightly as it was meant to separated everything above his lower jaw from his body.

He didn't even point out the mind boggling way this attack had come to be, when Elta had seen that a strong foe had popped out of thin air, she went in to kill the first one swiftly during the small moment he wasn't paying close attention.

Unfortunately for her, as much of an annoying bastard Axio was, he had been paying attention fully, allowing him to get out of the lethal blow of the teleporting saber.

She had swung her blade through a spell she made, actually letting go of it before the spell activated and teleported the saber right next to the wretch, keeping its momentum, which was definitely enough to kill him multiple times.

Its didn't matter however, the saber was teleported back to her and Axio wasn't planning to intervene after the other guy had shown up, unexpectedly, this one seemed to have a code of honor, nothing to do with the other two and Axiolypito himself.

He applauded the nice attempt, silently challenging them.

"Will it be a fight, or a slaughter?" he wondered to himself as he walked toward the guild members.

'Slaughter obviously' thought the monster, if this guy was even half as strong as Vlasfimia, it would be no problem.
