Something which is known as ‘faith’ Part II

Sazael is the name of a passionate but incompetent one.

Sazael had a tedious time in the past. He was both an archmage and a sage at the time. He was well-versed in various forms of sorcery. His abilities were excellent, even if he did not have a precious bloodline like those of noblemen, he dared to call himself a genius.

He was married to a beautiful and talented woman. They had a lovely son and daughter. He thought this was true happiness back then. He had never been a parent before. It was complex and unpredictable. He enjoyed it a lot.

Until he sent those children to attend Camelot, Sazael then learned that it was tedious...

He had nothing to do.

He had already spread his knowledge across far too many fields. As a result, in order to alleviate his boredom, he applied his knowledge to solve the problems of many villagers. It was challenging at first, but it became monotonous in the end.

Boring, boring, boring.
