Refreshing Role-play

The raven came to find Ryan and Aiden before Zane did. Ryan scoffed when he read what Zane wrote at the backside of the paper.

"I am fine. I need to do something first. Let's meet again at home."

Aiden was speechless when he read the content of the message.

"I guess he is getting along well with Brett."

"I am happy enough that he is still alive until now," Ryan muttered.

He squeezed Aiden's hands and gave them a kiss.

"I apologize for my cousin's selfish behavior."

Aiden chuckled.

"He is my cousin too now."

"Right."

That night, they swam out to the sea but came back after a while.

The surviving rabid vampires hid their tracks as they went back to Maerin to resume their disguises.

Lord Marcus Caldwell was not particularly happy about this development, but at least they managed to complete their tasks.
