After Aiden's fever subsided, Ryan took him back with him to Zen Space. Having lay down on the bed for three days and three nights straight, Aiden's body was both weak and rigid.

Ryan thus made him take morning and afternoon walks with him every day to train his body. When Alain showed up at the mansion entrance, it happened to be Wednesday night.

Every Wednesday night, Ryan took his two Pitbulls out for a walk. This week he took them around the vast garden instead because he wanted to neither leave Aiden behind nor take him out for a walk in the cold weather outside.

The days spent in Zen Space had been nothing but peaceful. Until Alain came to cause a ruckus, at least.

Ryan had ignored Alain in front of Aiden before, but the latter felt that Ryan was especially cold toward his adopted son today. He thus could not help but wonder, "Did something happen between you and Alain?"
