After perusing the tale and confirming that the treasure within the chest was indeed a SOUL brought by the seven strangers from their land, Aaron and the others gathered around the chest, contemplating their next move:

- Shall we open the chest and retrieve the stone?

Tarou expressed unease:

- What if we can't handle it? That entity appears highly powerful and perilous. I suspect other creatures are vying for it. Perhaps we should leave it undisturbed and forget about it.

Aaron glared at his brother, remarking:

- You have started this and dragged us into this mess. I wish I could just walk away, but I need to remove that bracelet from Annie's hand and to do that, I have to use it as a key.

Tarou suggested:

- Can't you just leave it? It's protecting her; no harm will come to her.

- Are you insane? Let me spell out how much we suffered because of it! We had to resort to all kinds of human means of transport,
