Rex was unaware of what Regan did exactly to bring Arthur back. But Arthur indeed returned within an hour.
As Rex looked at Arthur whose eyes were cold and filled with anger yet he tried to mask his anger with a polite smile, Rex smiled in pride looking at his brother.
He was curious to know what Regan did. But he felt proud that Regan solved such a problem without letting anger cloud his mind.
Regan was changing slowly. Rex knew that this change was because of Evelyn. Regan considered Evelyn as his responsibility. Before he didn't care about himself so he never thought before offending anyone including those ministers and Derrick. Even if he was put inside the prison as punishment, Rex was sure that Regan didn't care.
