Familiarity

Nighttime was lonely but at least long nights of sleep were better for productivity than sleepless nights. 

It was strange, Varya hadn't felt giddy about something in such a long time. The prince was never far from her thoughts and she worked hard knowing their reunion was something she could look forward to. 

Being in a productive state of mind, Varya had been keeping a watchful eye on projects and was pleased to see that the building of new living quarters for the on-planet troops and guests coming in was going a lot more quickly than expected. 

As soon as one project was over, Varya promised the construction workers a few days off to rest up and then she called them in for a meeting. 

When they were all gathered in the castle, Varya stood in front of the room and asked them about breaking ground for a new hospital.
