The men's and women's clothing sections were clearly demarcated, with a dedicated area for children's clothing. Every garment bore a price tag. Periodically, cabinets displayed trendy gadgets, and sunblock clothing offered as gifts proved especially popular.

Xia Hai and Xia Feng managed the men's wear section, Yan Han and Xia Wan oversaw the women's wear section, while Xia Chen handled the accounting.
