The sound of rough breathing could be heard on top of the mountain.

The little green man had finally caught up with the giant he had been chasing go so long. His face was sweaty, his lungs hurt like hell and he felt like his heart was close to exploding. Even though every muscle in his body was yelling at him to stop, he still went foward without rest.

He had to ensure the safety of the queen.

It was his duty as a male to protect his queen from every and all dangers.

So although his every step hurt, he never stopped.

In the end, he did reach the giant. When the giant was within view, he could not help but stop for a moment an see the scene in front of him.

On the palm of the gigantic creature, his queen prostrated naked. The once proud queen who did not like it when others even looked at her for too long, was now bowing down. Her head was held low and her buttock stuck out.

The once proud queen was now shamefully begging for help.

When the little green man saw this, he could not help but feel a slight discomfort in his heart.

"I see. So it is becaus eof this person that this world is like this."

Zenn said while looking at the queen.

"I will help you, but I can't promise anything as of yet."

He then put the green skinned woman, Zuri, down.

After that, the green skinned man hurriedly ran towards his queen.

He gave her her clothes so she would not stay in her birthday suit any longer.

But the queen was not interested in that.

"Bow to our lord Ena," the queen ordered.

Ena of course did not dare disobey his queens orders. He went to his knees and said, "Soldier Ena greets the lord."

"Greetings to you too Ena," Zenn said.

"Is there only the two of you left?"

"Yes my lord. All of our neighbouring hordes queens were killed. The last few sacrificed themselves to buy us time to get here. As we are, we are the last of our race."

Zenn sighed.

After the Zuri spoke to him for a while, Zenn had a good grasp of what was going on.

Originally, the land was not as barren as it was today. A year ago, this place was supposedly filled with many trees and millions of living beings. Just like earth hundreds of years ago, the land was still pure blue and trees were as bountiful as rocks.

Just like earth as well, a species simillar to humans appeared.

Goblins.

They were smart and were bipedal just like humans. The biggest differences Zenn could see between them was the size difference between genders and the fertility.

The males were only half as tall as the female goblins. It was because of this difference that their society is controlled by females instead.

As for their fertility, the females have a less likely chance of being born that males. This led to females standing even higher in their social circle.

Because of this, queens are seen as the single rulers of a horde.

The concept of a king thus has never appeared in this world's history.

When the world was still normal, groups of goblin hordes were scattered around the island. According to Zuri, there was close to 100 hordes around the island. All of them were headed by a goblin queen.

Liked humans, legends and religion existed in this world.

It was thus foretold in religion that a god that towered hundreds of meters once existed. This said god had once created the world and protected it. But he one day disappeared. What he left, was but a single hammer.

The hammer stood in the forest without anyone strong enough to lift it. Thousands before have tried but failed to even move it an inch. Maybe out was due to this or another reason, but it was then believed that whoever lifted the hammer would become a god.

After so many years that the legend has long become akin to a fairy tail, someone lifted he hammer.

And it seemed that the legend foretold long ago was not far from the truth, because once the hammer was lifted, it's wielder gained power so terrifying that no one in the world could contend with him.

This was the power to suck life itself.

Using this power, he sucked the lifeforms of every living beings he could set his sights on.

Thus, the land turned barren.

Zenn stood up and looked around. His thoughts seemed to dwell else where.

It could not be helped. It was because Zenn was worried. Why was he worried?

Was he afraid of this coming threat that turned this land so?

No, he was not. Well, he did not worry him much at that moment. From what Zuri had told him, this Komoru character is still as small as his finger bone. Although he is very powerful in front of those o the same size, it was not so when compared to him.

What worried Zenn was of current was his survival. From as far as he could see, there was no tree in sight. This means there is also no food in sight.

So never mind Komoru coming, he will die three or more days later if he doesn't find a way to get through this.

But at that moment, a wave of dizziness no different from before assaulted him. He staggered in his steps. He tried his best to hold on but felt as though the ground was getting closer and closer. He closed his eyes for a moment but in the next, he could no longer feel his grip on the ground.

When he looked around he was shocked.

He was in space!

"You have finally arrived descendant..."
