Bundle of trouble

I must be an idiot.

After what happened last night, I most definitely had not learned my lesson yet. Well, so long as I hadn't gotten what was coming to me, I was going to keep pursuing answers for myself.

With some deliberation, I had decided to continue my conversation with the Mirage. There was a reason it approached me, and I would know it no matter what it took.

But that would mean breaking my promise to Ras. Heck, I would just apologize. That, if he found out. I would be safe if he didn't.

So here I was, "strolling" outside the Ravens' headquarters underneath the early morning sun. I made sure to stray close to the gardens, pretending to look at the flowers and crops that were separated neatly in rows.

Boredom settled in, along with a speck of impatience. Why was the Mirage not showing itself? No, it hadn't been that long. I merely had to wait a little more.
