Lucas whispered to Felix in a hurry as Asher was waking up. 

Next, Felix left but not before trying to reason with Lucas which he failed at miserably.

Lucas didn't want to kick him out, yet, at the same time, he didn't want to force Asher to confess the truth in front of Felix. In Lucas's head, this medicine thing felt like a lie. However, whether it's true or not, there must be a reason why Asher kept it that way. So, he would discuss it with Asher then give the choice to Asher about moving on with Felix.

That way, everyone get to decide what they want to do without creating a mess or making anyone panic.

So, this resulted in Felix having to leave.

Felix impatiently stood outside as the door was closed and locked, leaving Lucas and Asher alone inside.
