Cain did not answer the man's question. Instead, his focus honed in on the information he had gathered from The Flow, which revealed the trio's inner nature. Their hearts brimmed with ambition and malice, unrestrained and destructive.

His gaze darkened as he realized what they would have done if they had found Aether. They would have drained its resources dry, enslaved its populace, and left only ruin in their wake. However, that knowledge soon brought a cold smile to Cain's lips. These were the best kind of adversaries: those he could kill and devour without hesitation, without guilt. There was nothing stopping him from prying open their souls and learning everything they knew. 

Taking a deep breath, Cain channeled the full might of his Ego Wave, blending it seamlessly with the unyielding force of his Rebirth Heart.
