A Tense Night

In a dark place and not above that place, the dense silence made people feel peaceful. But in fact, now there is a very terrifying terror.

At night, people prefer to be inside their homes and if forced to leave, they will go with everything else, they don't want to take a risk and make them into corpses.

Moonlight illuminates the corners of several cities and is shared with others creating enormous shadows that devour small passages between tall buildings.

It was strange to notice a noble lady walking in the deserted place of the damn land. The sound of heels sounded and she even hummed.

Not long after came out the long-haired man the woman directly held whose face, from next to the man appeared a creature that had a tail and wings. His tail wagged at the ground, hitting a few times as if he were a cat.

"You came too late, Jane."

"I like it, as if I'm dancing in the moonlight."

The eyes of the person paying attention were very curious, widened and tried to hear better. The task of the leader and the speech of the leader are very correct. He is suspicious and the whereabouts of the demons among them have explained everything.

"But... you're attracting other bugs instead."

Azzul smiled, and that's when he disappeared instantly.

A move that the eyes could not catch, Azzul was suddenly already behind Shye. He jumped up with the hand that had been preparing to hit Shye. For a very fast second, Shye's sword collided with Azzul's fist.

A powerful push occurred to Shye's sword, it startled her and set her unsteady horses. As she took a breath, Shye immediately fell from the top of the four-story-high house, driven by Azzul's tremendous force.

[Hold on, I should be able to turn around quickly.]

Shye thought while in the air, without a foothold, he would be very dangerous. His sword was in a vigilant position and Shye's eyes glanced in search of what he could take advantage of. Azzul was suddenly behind Shye. His palms opened and touched Shye's back until a powerful push occurred.

From behind, it felt like there was an explosion that made his body turbulent. Shye screamed, and he immediately twisted her body in the air.

[This man is fast.]

At that moment, he looked at Jane and also the demon next to her who was staring at him. It was not until a second that the demon disappeared directly. Just above him, the human-sized demon moved his long tail and then pointed it at Shye.

Slash!

Shye's eyes changed, the look in his eyes became sharp. The sword he used had split the demon into two pieces.

"NOOOOO! MY SON!"

The shrill voice came into Shye's ears, annoying and disgusting, the two truncated demon bodies oozing thick black blood and the body pieces fell into the jaws.

Jane saw this and her eyes trembled violently. She mourned the damn creature with eyes that now shed tears.

"Kill the fucking! Kill him, Azzul!"

Jane screamed like crazy, the limp body fell to the ground. She was as miserable as she was there while grasping her hands very firmly. Shye was still fighting with Azzul. Azzul's quick movements really troubled him. His master's guess was correct that he had to bring a signaller.

The signal giver he hid under his shirt, but Azzul's attack was very intense, just avoiding it was quite difficult.

Bleeeh....!

From Shye's mouth, which had now just landed on top of the building, bleeding quite a lot. It felt like the blood filled his lungs and he rubbed them, losing a little balance because of this. The blood that was forced from his lung cavity made him a little short of breath.

This is because of the attack from behind just now. The attack has a great impact because it flows into scattered energy particles.

Moonlight shone on the faces of the two of them. On top of the Shye could see a long-haired man with a cold smooth face.

"Are you the knight of the dog?" Azzul grinned when he said it. He nodded his head slightly, understanding that, of course, he was right.

"You can definitely replace the position of the demon you killed just now."

Suddenly, Azzul was already beside Shye. He used his hand like a slash and it made Shye startled; he dodged, knowing this attack would be fatal. He felt a sharp movement of terrifying energy, as if he hadn't dodged quickly. It will cut his head off.

Slash!

Shye's cheek was injured, even though he didn't hit Azzul's hand. It was just the friction of the air alone and the wound felt very painful.

"You're too smart to be dodging." Azzul smiled when he said that. A completely unpleasant smile.

Shye strengthened his defensive foundation. The sword he was holding had been level with his face, all he had to do was slash this troublesome Azzul.

A quick attack ensues. Azzul is playing with him because he finds out what Shye is hiding. There was something behind his clothes, looking very interesting. That's why he didn't kill Shye immediately. He had to make Shye now and tell the winged dog so he could fulfill Jane's request.

BAM!

In the air, Shye's body was hit by Azzul. It made his direct shot to the ground covered with neat, thick cement. The part where he fell was shattered and made a deep crack.

Jane licked her own lips, imagining Shye was a good meal.

Tap!

"You imagined things again, baby?" Azzul landed softly beside Jane.

They're very noisy battle just now will of course be heard by the imperial police, but Azzul doesn't care, it's useless to be able to control it well. It only took a few seconds, as Shye's hand moved and finally picked up the signal giver and released it in the air, Azzul could see how smooth the signal giver was, even barely noticeable. Azzul opened his mouth when he looked up at his head.

"Boy, having you guys is different. What can be done with smoke as thin and light as weak as that?"

Azzul looked at Shye who couldn't answer with a smile on his face. Shye understood that the long-haired man in front of him knew who he was and it seemed that he had been looking forward to this moment.
