Yoriichi will become a pro hero and be a combat class teacher in UA though not the most logical conclusion it is what you guys vote for and besides this world allowed fucking teenagers to fight nation-class villains you would know if you read the latest manga.

So I think this conclusion is not out of the scope possibilities of this considering that they allow teenagers to fight highly dangerous villain.
