The promise

Nothing made sense in his eyes.

Stephan was on his knees saying words he didn't intend to say at all, waiting for the verdict from the person in front of him. His body acted on his own. His consciousness feeling separated from his own body, which made him paranoid. He wanted to know what was happening to him but deep down, there was a voice whispering to him precise words.

Something changed when everything froze. Events were rewritten. The prison wasn't the first time the past Aurora met him. She talked as if they planned for things a long time ago and this was supposed to happen.
