There's a treaty between the Italian Mafias and the Parks, who are like royalty in Esmea—which was made long before any of us at the table are alive. We aren't allowed to conduct our illegal business in their territory, and we aren't allowed to touch the locals. Anyone caught doing so will suffer consequences.

Last week, Gael called me about nearly catching my brother in Esmea and told me about the amendment of the treaty with the Parks. He and Giovanni made a deal with them. Their meeting also involved my father and brother.

Apparently, Marino and Filippo brought their drugs to Esmea. I've gotta say, they exceeded my expectations on how far they'll go. Not only did they put us at risk, they also caused the men at this table distress. These men don't like trouble.
