'I hit it with the most powerful lightning bolt I was able to produce at F rank and this thing is basically untouched... I'm almost regretting that I gave this ability away.'

The shield had cracks running along its front that started at the point of contact but only made it about sixty percent of the way to the edges, showcasing how strong just the front layer was.

The back of the shield was completely undamaged, with the cracks only being a fingertips depth at most. There was some pushback from the force of the attack that forced the shield to move about two meters back (6 and a half feet) before Jacob was able to stabilize it again, partly with his ability and partly because he let it drag against the ground.
