The Awkward Talk

[Jin Woo POV]

After driving us around for half an hour we finally found a Cafe that didn't have alot of people so we headed to it. "Have a seat" I said and pulled the chair for Irene to sit. "Wow what a kind gentleman you are, thanks." she said in a sarcastic voice. I heard that and rolled my eyes then sat down opposite her and ordered drinks for us.

"I haven't seen you these past few days, how have you been.....Have you been busy with Twice all these days?" Irene asked curiously.

I heard her and laughed "Ya even though we didn't meet in person this past week, we still called each and messaged each other.... And what's with the question about Twice, are you jealous that I'm spending time with other girls Irene." I said with a teasing voice. "N-No I'm just curious that's all" she said hurriedly.

"Yo chill don't get flustered up, I was only joking with you." I said with a chuckle which made her pout cutely. After teasing her for a bit we spoke about our week and how we spent it when all of a sudden she got serious.

"Jin Woo I need to talk to you about something." she said nervously. "Mmm what is it?" I asked while sipping on my coffee. "W-well you see we've known each other since I've debut but we only really started spending time together a month ago and I think I've started to develop feelings for you." she said shyly, When I heard that I chocked on my coffee dropping some on my pants. "Are you ok?" she asked and handed me a tissue. "Yea I'm fine..... About what you said.....are you serious??" I asked scared of her answer. "I don't know myself but I felt that I needed to let you know about my feelings." she said looking down and playing with her ring. 'what are you expecting me to do with that type of answer' I thought when all of a sudden my phone rang.

"Hello who is this?" I asked

"Hello Jin Woo-ssi it's me Director Lee"

"Ahh Director Lee what can I do for you" I asked Director Lee who was the director of the last drama I stared in.

"Let me get to the point, I want you to be the male lead in my upcoming drama... Before you say anything about you're schedule, you should know that I already talked to JYP and he said that he'll make free time for you to do this if you agree.... So what do you think? "

I was shocked that he actually went so far to get me into this project and felt bad to refuse after he went through all the work so I said "I would love to be apart of your new project Director." when he heard that he laughed while he was laughing I heard "Jin Woo I have to leave now, my manager is already outside waiting for me." Irene said as she waved and walked out at a speed almost running.

"Huh who was that Jin Woo?" Director asked

"Oh its one of my friends, why is there something wrong?"

"No I just thought that she sounded Irene, I thought it would be great if you two are already friends since she's going to be the female lead and there's alot of skinship involved since this is a romance drama so it'll be better if you know one another."

' WTF!! ' was all I could think of when I heard that thinking about how to I'm going to have to film those scenes with her after what I just heard from her.
