Cold yet kind

Alora went to the laboratory with Sarah and Sarah screamed as soon as she stepped inside of it.

"Ahhhh! Did a war break off here?"

"Who the fudge is barking early in this morning?" asked Professor Mia.

Would you believe them if they say that even the zombies would scream if they see the professors right now?

Well, it doesn't matter if you do or not but Alora was sure that they would scream.

Dark circles under their eyes, bird nest-like hair, and anger in their eyes that is what Sarah would say at this moment to describe the lady professors.

Male professors didn't look any better but at least, their hairs were in shape.

"Why are you guys looking like zombies?" Alora asked, observing the room.

"We were awake the entire night, working on the machine." Professor Cara cried out as if complaining to Alora.

"I had a lot of coffee yesterday night. Now, I can't sleep even if I want to. I am having a headache and it's killing me. I want to get rid of it. Help me," professor Hemsworth groaned, holding his head.

All of them looked horrible.

"All of you go to your houses, take a shower, eat something, and fall on the bed. I promise that you will fall asleep as soon as you land on the bed, " Alora shooed them away after saying this.

"Now what are we going to do? They all have already gone to their houses. We don't have any work today!"

Sarah's eyes lit up at this realization. 

"It's not like you do any work even when all of them are present, " Alora sarcastically said with an eye roll.

"Hey! Let's go baby shopping for Maya's baby! It'll be fun."

"Are you serious, Sarah? Haven't you seen the lab's situation? It looks worse than a psychiatric hospital, " She almost yelled at her.

"So do we have to clean it now? "Sarah asked innocently.

Oh, forget that Sarah is the laziest person ever known to human beings.

"Of course, we have to! It looks like a disaster," Alora said to her.

Then they both started to clean the lab up.

After cleaning both of them were exhausted so they decided to drink some hot chocolate and take a nap.

But when they went to the shop, they end up buying two pizzas, fries, and hot chocolate. After eating all those junk, they took a little nap.

When they woke up again it was only afternoon.

"Previously you suggested going baby shopping for Maya's baby, right? Let's go right now," Alora excitedly said.

Sarah looked like Alora had slapped her husband in front of her parents.

"It only has been two weeks. We don't know the baby's gender. What the fuck are we supposed to shop for?" Sarah screamed.

"Geez, my ears are going to start bleeding soon cause of your loud voice. Do you want to turn me into a deaf? And you are the one who wanted to go before," Alora whispered shouting at her, holding her poor, poor, sensible ears.

Sarah gave Alora her lazy ass grin.

The fu*k? She didn't even bother apologizing, not that Alora was expecting any.

"Apologize, "Alora told her strictly.

"We are best friends and I believe that there's no sorry or no thank you in friendship," she said with a grin.

"But don't forget to apologize when you do something wrong to others," she lectured her.

"ok, so let's shop for both boys and girls. If it's a boy then we will give him all the clothes and if it's a girl then we still will give her all the clothes," she said before laughing out loud like she just cracked a joke.

Sarah's laugh seemed funnier than her words to Alora. Hence, she also started laughing.

Sarah laughed cause she thought she was funny and Alora laughed as according to her, Sarah's laugh is funny.

They reached the shopping mall.

They found all the clothes so cute and comfy. Sarah likes white more.

So, She only took white t-shirts. On the other side, Alora wanted to take colorful ones as she want the child to grow up in a colorful world.

She took a few colorful forks, little shoes, and hair bands. Girl's shopping done.

Sarah took a few white t-shirts, Jean's, shoes, and hats. Her shopping for the boy is done.

Alora took a few t-shirts, baby suits, pants, and little shoes for the boy's shopping.

They then did the actual shopping which would be needed the most. They bought baby products such as baby soap, cream, powder, lotion, diapers, etc.

As we all know, women have cravings only two times.

One, when they are in their periods.

Two, when they are pregnant.

Ok, maybe you don't know. But this happens in most cases.

Our Maya, Sarah and Alora's other best friend, is a big foodie just like Sarah and Alora. Food is life and they can't live without it!

Team foodies, Team goodies!

They decided to buy a few foods for her. And by a few, they meant, jars of pickles as she would be wanting to have it the most.

Chocolates cause she loves chocolates. She just can't spend a day without it. Even the teachers and parents of her classmates know how obsessed she is with chocolate.

It's a miracle that she isn't elephant size!

Few boxes of ice-creams cause man, Alora doesn't think any sane person can do a day without ice cream. Well, Alora definitely can't!

Though Maya hates veggies still she has to eat them to keep the baby healthy.

They also bought Bacon's, sausages, buns, bread, and a few more things.

That should do for a few days if she doesn't do her emotional eating.

One of the reasons behind a girl becoming fat is emotional eating.

One of the few things a girl does when she is sad is emotional eating.

When a girl's favorite character dies in a drama or movie, what she does is emotional eating.

Alora eats twice of what she eats normally when she does her emotional eating.

She keeps on eating till all her sorrows fade away.

The last time, when she did emotional eating was a month back. She read a novel and fell in love with the second lead. He was kind, naive, and generous. He helped the main female lead in every possible way but alas! He also fell in love with her.

But as he was the second male lead, he didn't end up with her. He was really upset and she felt like she was the one in pain instead of him.

That day she did emotional eating and 2/3 of her household groceries were finished!

After buying everything, Alora and Sarah went to the counter. They paid for all the things and left the market happily.

"Wait, I need to buy another thing. Why don't you wait here for a second? " Sarah said leaving Alora behind.

Alora was looking here and there when her eyes fall on a golden limo.

The car stopped on the roadside and a men's hand came out motioning for the dirty-looking small boy to come near.

The little boy hesitated to go there but went in front anyways.

The men gave him something and that little boy looked extremely happy like someone had just given him a treasure.

"What a kind man," Alora awed at the sight.

Just then Sarah appeared next to her.

"Holy fudging shoot. It's the only golden limo that exists. It was customized made and the price of this limo is enough for me to live my whole life comfortably."

"To whom does this belong?"

"The richest mysterious guy, Abe Ambrose. No one has ever seen his face. He is rumored to wear a mask where ever he goes. He is said to be cold."

Alora nodded her head.

"He is cold yet kind."
