Out of the hospital with their healthy baby and a happy family, Hendrick decided it was time to surprise Dannie with the new house that had been building for them since Paul ransacked the other and she had not wanted to go back there because she was disgusted with the fact that he had desecrated her matrimonial bed when he climbed on it with his muddy shoes

Funny but that is what she didn't want and Hendrick had to comply by moving out.

When she saw the house she was impressed and when asked he said he used money from both their savings to get the land and build everything as every document had her signature on it and also to show she was a co-owner of the new beautiful house.

Since it was a surprise he had tricked her into signing the papers but he promised he would never do it again.
