Cold Attitude

France, September 26th 1803

10:09 AM

The battle was intense at the fortress. The arrows and bullets flew everywhere, and some bodies were starting from the fortress into the moat.

Despite that, Marius's team couldn't see how deep the moat was since they were too far for that, so they had to push through some more.

Meanwhile, Johan tried to keep his cool as much as possible. His frustration wanted to take over him, but he couldn't let it happen.

'If I give in to it, then I'll feel even worse. I should simply listen to Luther and calm down,' Johan thought.

Lukas still watched from the tree. He narrowed his eyes to see as much as possible, however, there were obviously things he wouldn't notice.

Lukas gritted his teeth. "...Damn it!" he cursed out before standing on the tree branch.

Herman looked up at him. "...Lukas, what the hell is wrong with you? Do you wanna fall from there?" he asked.
