As alluded to before, in order to at least facilitate the delivery of the people's basic needs, a noble by name Dionas had risen to govern the Belvion Union, controlling the coin generated through all small to large transactional mediums. He managed to achieve the bare minimum of what was required to keep people alive and somewhat well, which earned him a lot of following.
