Taken for hostage

Erin's parents were very pleased to see him come home after years of not having any news of where he might have gone. 

His mother hugged him tightly as tears start to fall endlessly on her face. 

"If Rinei hadn't told us. We wouldn't know that something had already happened to you," said his mother. His father on the other hand remained silent as he watched them from one side. 

But when he glanced at the latter, it began to walk towards upstairs. 

All three of them, namely his mother and Rinei followed his father walking back to his room. 

"I think you should follow him," his mother advised, and so he did. 

There, he found his Dad sitting on his bed facing the window, with his back turned against him. 

He decided to sit beside the latter. 

"I'm sorry for making you worry again," that was all that he had managed to say after a long deafening silence.
