Chapter 137- Addie – The Catacombs Part 3 (VOLUME 3)

**ADDIE'S POV**

It took a little while for the emotions to settle for us all. Nolan was still panicked, but he was not openly showing it. The headmaster and Hunter were looking at the pile of ash that was left behind when I stopped the fire that had killed the creature.

I had let it burn for far longer than it needed to. However, I wanted to make sure that the thing was good and dead. I didn't need it coming after me or anyone else. And now that it was dead, there was nothing at all to worry about with it. That pile of ashes wouldn't be able to hurt anyone at all.

"Well, this has all been a little scary," the headmaster was startled as he looked over at me, "however, I am delighted to have had this chance to see what you are capable of, Addie."

"As am I." Professor Viceman said with a smile. "You are far more powerful than any other first year student that has ever attended the Academy before. No offense to you, Professor Nolan, but it is true."
