Chapter 17 Theresa Apocalypse

(Amane pov)

And by that, I made my problems grow bigger. Just look at those PAPERS! DAMN IT!

"That's what you get for creating an alliance out of nowhere," Cai Lin said as she sipped her tea, even though she had problems assessing things.

"But I don't regret that decision," I replied with a smile.

Cai Lin blushed as she covered her face. "It's unfair for you to smile like that," she murmured as she looked away.

"Can I quit now?" Die Ba asked as she lied on the floor, her soul seemingly coming out from her mouth.

"Cai Lin, revive her. The two of you are free to go home. I'm gonna finish this," I said as I read the papers and rearranged some of them, trying to come up with new ideas to tackle the problems and make them even bigger.

Can I throw this Kingdom into the hands of Artoria? I mean, she was the chosen King after all. Although that's a bad idea. Many people love how I manage the kingdom, and if I give it to someone else, a revolution would start.

"I wouldn't leave you alone to deal with this embodiment of problems," Cai Lin said as she rearranged the papers, separating the economic issues from the natural problems of the kingdom.

"Do you need help?" Chisato and Gu Yuena came into the office, looking at the paperwork with wry smiles.

The trio looked at the two as if they had seen angels and started praying to them. "Yes," the trio answered, shedding tears.

Chisato and Gu Yuena couldn't help but chuckle at our dramatic response. "Alright, alright," Gu Yuena said, trying to hold back her laughter. "No need to cry. We'll help you with the paperwork."

Gu Yuena nodded in agreement. "Yes, let's get this sorted together."

"Savior," I said, trying to stop my tears. I'm so glad that my wife was willing to help me deal with those embodiments of suffering (paperwork). What made it worse was that the thing I'm most lazy at was reading.

"Alright, alright. Don't cry," Gu Yuena said as she hugged my head, pressing me into her breast.

Die Ba, Cai Lin, and Chisato looked at her with jealousy, but Gu Yuena just gave them a smirk as if she had won a battle against the three.

After eight hours, we finally finished the paperwork and sorted out everything. Apparently, Britain's agriculture was failing at a fast rate, and their land was suffering, causing crops, trees, and animals to die.

It made me wonder how the kingdom was still standing until now. They were dealing with revolutions, crop failures, and even their breeding stock was declining. I forgot that this era was medieval, but thanks to my kingdom, which I integrated into a modern era, I was able to help them.

"Can I go with you?" Gu Yuena asked as she saw me opening a portal into Kiana's world.

"Sure, and how about you, Chisato, Amou?" I asked the two.

"I wanted to see my knights cutting a mountain in half within a month, so I'll pass for now," Amou answered with a crazy smile and laughing like a maniac.

Honestly, I felt pity for the enemies we would face. If they fought our knights, even the weakest one could cut metal in half using their fingers.

"Sorry, I would love to meet the girl you are talking about, but I still have to create those laser guns and swords," Chisato answered.

"Eh, you should have said it sooner. Kiana's world has those weapons," I replied. After all, when I was gathering information, I caught a glimpse of laser guns and many advanced weapons.

"For real!?" Chisato asked, her eyes sparkling. "Let's go," she said and dragged Gu Yuena and I, inside the portal, bringing us to Kiana's world.

"Wow, it's so cool!" Kiana exclaimed. She was currently playing an FPS game with Chisato.

"I told you, I'm strong," Chisato said, bragging to Kiana.

"I'm just starting," Kiana replied, smirking at her. She then let Athena play the game against Chisato. "What!?" Chisato asked, surprised because she kept getting headshots by Kiana, without knowing that Kiana was cheating.

"I-I lost?" Chisato asked herself, looking down at the floor. "Amane!" she shouted while crying and ran into Amane's arms, hugging him tightly. "I lost against a noob!" she cried in frustration.

"Wah!" Kiana shouted and hugged Amane tightly. "I want a hug too!" she exclaimed, joining the embrace.

Luo Yan looked nervously at Gu Yuen, her instinct told her not to offend this woman. Honestly, she was surprised that Amane's lover was this monster in human skin, and the fact that Amane was allowed to have many lovers meant that he was not a simple person.

Even though she knew that Amane was a good person based on his aura being so warm that it made her feel comfortable next to him, despite the world getting destroyed.

That's how she felt about Amane. As for Kiana she was like a little sister who needed your full attention or else she would do something dangerous to her own wellbeing.

"Alright, you two, let go of me; I'm going to open the cafe now," Amane said as the two let go of him and continued playing games.

Amane created a rune that would automatically clean everything on the inside and remove the dust. Once he finished creating the runes, he opened the door only to get surprised by a little girl standing in front of the door, who looks like she was about to knock the door if he hadn't opened it.

"Are you related to Kiana?" Amane asked, she had a cute face and white hair, and her appearance was identical to Kiana's.

The little girl smiled at him and extended a hand toward her chest. "I'm Theresa Apocalypse," she said. "I'm Kiana's aunt; it's nice to meet you."

I see, you want to meet Kiana? Amane asked, gesturing for her to come inside.

Theresa was surprised that he didn't suspect her age and couldn't help but ask. "You're not surprised?"

"Hmm?" Amane tilted his head in question as he glanced at Theresa. "What do you mean?"

"I mean you didn't get surprised when I said I was Kiana aunt." She replied.

"Oh, I'm surprised that you're Kiana's aunt," Amane said. "When I thought about it you might be the little sister of her father or her mother."

"I see, it may not look like it, but I am over forty years old." Theresa reply.

"A Loli baba!" Chisato and Kiana exclaimed as the two of them got down the stairs.

A thick line appeared on Theresa's forehead as she heard their words, but she managed to calm herself down.

"Kiana your sister?" Chisato asked. She didn't believe Theresa's age.

"I don't have a sister," Kiana mumbled as she gasped. "Did my father cheat on my mother and have a daughter with another woman? I'm going to kill that old man!" Kiana exclaimed and started thinking about murdering her father.

Chisato gasped and patted Kiana on the shoulder. "At least they didn't buy milk and leave you alone like mine." Chisato said.

"That's too dark," Amane, Theresa, and Kiana said in unison.
