Old Madam Kong had nothing against how Master Xiao used his own savings but he shouldn't use the savings and earnings of her daughter to support his family.

And even if he was using her daughter's savings it was alright to some point, but why was he using the resources and money that her daughter had placed aside for her daughters? It was simply too much! 

How could that mer take the money that belonged to her granddaughters to his younger sisters? Kong Pili and Kong Li couldn't eat meat and yet the two useless Xiao Sisters were eating the meat that should have gone into the mouths of her granddaughters!

And if that wasn't bad enough, they even took away the jar of sauce that her granddaughters got from their friend. 

Old Madam Kong felt very upset when she thought about how her granddaughters who should have grown up as pampered princesses ended up living a life such as this one.
