94. Arrived In Another Fantasy World

In a certain place near the Torch mountain range, a boy is holding a map and walking leisurely. He has black hair, and dark pupils, and is around 1.8m tall. He wears a distinguishing red robe and glasses. He is none other than Okamura Hiiro. The boy was accidentally dragged into the summoning of the heroes.

He walked around for 2 hours before finally stepping at the Torch mountain range. However, when he arrived, he realized that the food supply had run out. He wandered around looking for fruit or something to eat. How unlucky for him when he plucked a fruit that looked edible, but underneath the fruit didn't have roots, instead it was shaped in a creepy humanoid form out of wood. It suddenly started screaming and attracted nearby beasts.

Hiiro ran with all his might. Fortunately, he saw a gap in the cliff, so he swiftly hid there, and the beasts passed him without them noticing.

He got out from the gap of the cliff after the outside was already safe, then walked restlessly. At that very moment, he smelled a nice aroma nearby, he walked toward where the smell was coming from.

Walking around 50 meters, he found a small stream and some fish being grilled nearby on skewers at a bonfire.

When his hand almost grabbed the grilled fish, Hiiro felt a killing intent behind him that made him dodge. Where he had just been standing, a man was thrusting the wooden pole into the ground.

That man had short ruffled hair in blue color. He looked like in his 30s. Even covered by armor, it was noticeable that he had quite a muscular build carrying a broadsword on his back.

While they were arguing over the matter of food, a little girl appeared shyly from the bushes while looking at the two of them.

It was a girl around the age of ten. She had silver hair that reached her shoulders, but she wore a head covering like a woolen cap that covered her hair. And he had big eyes with clear, sky-blue pupils.

Hiiro and the old man looked like they were going to fight, but…

"Kyaaaa."

The little girl screamed in fear.

There was a beast that was similar to a bear, but its body was bigger than the ordinary bear. Before the bear caught the little girl, a sword slash was launched by the old man which cut off the bear's paw. Then, three more bears appeared from behind the bear whose paw was cut off.

The bear's paw flew toward the fish that was being grilled, this darkened Hiiro's expression. In the end, he sighed and tried to leave without heeding the old man and the little girl.

When the old man fought the four bears, he was completely overwhelmed. He tried asking Hiiro for help. But, Hiiro's answer dumbfounded the old man.

"I have no obligation to do that."

Then, he walked away.

The old man seemed to understand Hiiro's intention to steal the grilled fish. It must be because Hiiro was hungry. So, the old man tried to bait him.

"Wait, wait, wait! If you help me, I'll cook these bears' meat for you! It's free."

Hiiro stopped his track, then turned around.

"Those bears? Are they delicious?"

"You don't know? This bear's meat is considered an S class, you know. It's certainly tasty."

He had no interest in helping them at all. Yet, his stomach was screaming for help.

"Alright, I'll help. But, don't dare to lie to me!"

"Why do I need to?"

After Hiiro agreed to help with an S-class meat dish as a fee, Hiiro started to make a move. But, one of the bears stretched out its paw at the little girl…

The little girl felt so helpless and the old man screamed. He tried to reach out to her, but the distance was impossible for him to reach the little girl.

Suddenly someone dressed as an adventurer appeared out of nowhere between the little girl and the claw. It was Izumi.

"What the fuck!!" Izumi cursed loudly. He had just been sent to Edea but didn't expect him to appear in front of the beast's paw. He realized there was a little girl behind him, so he kicked that paw to change its direction.

*Bang*

Then, he performed a spinning kick that landed on that bear's arm.

*Crack*

*Roar*

The bear roared in pain after its arm was broken by Izumi.

Another two bears were about to attack Izumi. At this rate, the little girl behind him would get caught up in their fight. He wasn't that cruel to leave the little girl to be pounced on by the two bears, so he carried the little girl and jumped to avoid the two beasts.

Izumi put the little girl down. He glanced at the old man and Hiiro, then bowed slightly and said.

"Oh sorry, I won't snatch your prey, it was just a coincidence. Please continue!"

Then, Izumi patted the little girl to calm her down. "Are you alright? Your old man is really irresponsible. How could he let you be eaten by those beasts? Where is your house? Do you want me to take you home?"

The old man clenched his fists while trembling. When the old man was about to say something, he got attacked by those bears. Meanwhile, Hiiro glanced at Izumi in doubt.

"Hey Red robe, we have a deal. Help me!" The old man stated. He added, "You, short boy! Get your hands off Muir! Help me to take care of these beasts, I'll give you a share of these beasts' meat!" The old man didn't want Izumi to get close to the little girl called Muir, so the old man wanted Izumi to help him.

However, Izumi paid no heed to his words. Instead, he moved his hand in a shooing gesture.

"Go, take care of those monsters! I'll be watching from here."

"What did you say, you bastard?" The old man's anger rose. But, Izumi just turned away from him and pointed at Hiiro.

"Oh, and you, Otamegane. You should try to get experience in fighting those monsters! You don't need to stare at me that much. I know what you're thinking. It's clearly seen from my facial traits after all. Right?"

Hiiro's eyebrows rose. He didn't think that Izumi was an esper.

Since it was no use to asking Izumi to fight the monsters, Hiiro and the old man took care of them.

"Wow, good job my servant!" Izumi clapped at the old man and Hiiro's performance.

"Servant, your head! Get away from Muir!" The old man pointed his finger at Izumi.

"Fine, fine." Then, Izumi pat Muir's head. Following that, "It must be hard for you to have a guardian who is so overprotective, but can't protect you. How about you go on an adventure with this big brother?"

"You—"

"My name is not Yu."

Annoyed by Izumi's attitude, the old man swung his greatsword at Izumi.

*Clank*

Izumi parried that attack easily with the dagger he just took out.

The old man widened his eyes in surprise. He didn't know that Izumi was this strong. No wonder he could break a monster's bone with just one strike. The old man took a step back warily.

"Who are you? How did you suddenly appear out of nowhere?"

"Not telling." Izumi shook his head at the old man. Izumi walked away from Muir to check the monsters' carcasses. He wanted to see if there was something useful for him like a beast core or something.

At that moment, he felt something being thrown at him. He turned his head. At the same time, his left eye turned golden in color. It was Hiiro's magic that was cast on him. He perceived all the information about the Word Magic in his head in an instant. Since the Word Magic Hiiro released used Kanji as structure, Izumi bent the structures of that word.

"Damn!" Everyone heard a groaning sound from Hiiro's mouth. He suffered from 'Rebound', a magic backlash.

The old man and Muir looked at Hiiro doubtfully.

"Hey, that's not good to pry on the people with your magic without permission dude. If I'm a cold-blooded killer, I would end you instantly, you know. So be careful if you use your magic in the future!" Izumi clarified.

The old man asked Izumi.

"What happened to him?"

"Suffered from Rebound, I negated his magic after all," Izumi said calmly.

What Izumi stated really shock them.

"Anyway, I saved this little girl before, should you give me a fee too? You even had a deal with that Otamegane." Izumi pointed at the little girl, then turned in Hiiro's direction.

"Fine then. As my gratitude for saving Muir, I will cook your portion as well." That old man didn't want to be enemies with Izumi after knowing how strong he was. And since Izumi seemed to have no ill intentions, the old man could only let him eat together. Then, he prepared the utensils to cook.

Suddenly, the little girl approached him nervously.

"Thank you." Muir said meekly.

When Izumi heard her voice, he thought "This little girl has a power level of over 100.000. Dangerous zone for a lolicon!"
