The three of them rushed to open the car's doors fast, and once they did, the scene inside caught their breath.

As shock filled their gaze, a loud gasp also echoed inside Shelter Bay mansion, waking the blond from his sleep on the man's working desk with his whole body drenched in sweats. 

Only difference was Ryley didn't only gasp that night. He jolted from his sleep snatching the knife from the plate not far from him while screaming breathlessly.

"Die, you bastard...!"

Lucas rushed to his boss' study when he heard the scream from the gap of the door. "Mr. Ryley, is there a problem?"

He saw Ryley gripping the kitchen knife with a terrified look.

The blond initially went to Clyde's study to read some books about poem and enjoy a few slices of apples. Lucas didn't know how Ryley could be in such a situation.
