While Noir was working hard to learn to awaken and use his powers in an unknown place with an unidentified, disembodied voice, Solis was panicking in the real world (or, perhaps, technically, the mortal world).
Noir's eyes continued to glow brightly, and there was no response from him at all. Solis was too afraid to let go of Noir and go to fetch someone. In fact, he was too scared to even let go of Noir for a moment or to take his eyes off Noir for a moment and take that time to grab his phone and call Jovis or one of the others.
So Solis sat with Noir in his arms, the latter's eyes glowing like a light bulb, and gradually, a soft, golden light began to radiate from Noir's body.
Solis held Noir tighter. His instincts told him that it was crucial for him to hold on to Noir until Noir woke up.
However, when Noir showed no signs of waking up even after half an hour, Solis tried to send a small strand of his own spiritual power into Noir's body.
