POV Makoto Shinji

"Hello Arakawa. Long time no se- Ah."

After spending the morning with Nishikawa during lunch I had sneaked off to Arakawa's secret hideout. I did it whenever I realized I hadn't met him in a while so that I could keep him in my memory. I didn't want to experience forgetting him like the others did. It felt very uncomfortable when I thought about forgetting somebody I knew so well just like that. But there was a slight difference when I entered the abandoned clubroom this time compared to my past visits. Unexpectedly, this time there was another figure sitting there with him.

"So this is where you have been running off during lunch recently? Do you know how many people search for you every single day, Kanade?"

"I already spend all my day in school with them. So, I thought about coming here to relax in privacy. Why? Is me being here a problem to you Makoto?"
