Ziran narrowed his eyes as he noticed Professor Argon toying with the wooden block piece.

"I wonder what is it that made the Professor impatient enough to personally come and visit me?" Ziran asked him, gesturing at the servant to prepare tea.

Professor kept the block back to its original position.

"Investigating old matters won't bring you any benefit. Too much curiosity will only ruin your only chance of me helping you."

"I am afraid I don't understand Professor's implications. Could it be that someone in the dark is digging into secrets regarding the Professor and he suspects that person to be me?" Ziran replied back without a single change in his expression.

Professor Argon tried to find any visible sign of panic or anxiety in his eyes but his smile was harmless and he genuinely appeared to be curious.
