Jane's Final Outcome

"I sent him on an errand. The cupcake I wanted isn't made in the city so he might take a while to return, nevertheless, he will come," Jasmine lied without batting an eyelid.

By this time the others were sent out of her room by the doctors so none could help her out.

"What heavenly cupcake did you crave that couldn't be bought at Central City? And so what if the cupcakes couldn't be found in the city, shouldn't he have sent one of his employees instead of doing it himself?" Mrs Avans added angrily.

"He should have been here with you on such an important day but unfortunately he is nowhere to be found...,"

"Mum, it's not like I am delivering today so I don't see anything important about today," Jasmine said firmly.

"Also, don't you like that your son-in-law loves your daughter so much to the point he is willing to do everything to make her happy?" Jasmine asked as she take time in staring at each of their faces.
