Y/N's POV
The light of the sun beamed on my face. I fluttered my eyes only to see that I was in an unfamiliar room. "Where am I?" I whispered to myself.
Then I remembered what had happened the day before. Me running away and Yeonjun saving me.
I got up and changed. I left the room. I saw Yeonjun's door closed. I slowly opened the door and saw him sleeping.
'Maybe I should make us breakfast.' I said to myself. I went downstairs and went into the kitchen. I began making breakfast. After a few minutes I heard the creaking sounds of the stairs.
It was Yeonjun.
"O-oh good morning. No need to make breakfast, I'll make it." He smiled as he walked over. "Oh no it's fine. It's ready anyways, just take a seat." I said.
He slowly walked over to the table and sat. I served him his plate and I sat across him, and we began to eat.
"Wow this is amazing!" He exclaimed. I smiled. "Thank you. For everything." I whispered the last part.
Yeonjun's POV
"For everything." She whispered. I heard it. I smiled to myself. I just hope she will forgive me if she finds out anything.
"So, would you like to go to the village and buy some things you might need?" I asked her. "If we could, that would be lovely." She said. She got up and began washing the dishes. I was about to wash them but she just shook her head.
I sighed in defeat and into my room to get ready. I went back downstairs after getting ready.
"Are you ready to go Princ- Y/N?" I asked. "Yes." She said. We left the house and went into a small shop in the village which spelled clothes. I stood by the door and let Y/N shop around. I looked at the sky.
'Is this the life I'm now destined with?' I asked myself. I looked over to see Y/N. I sighed. 'Forgive me in the future please.' I whispered.
Y/N seems very interesting. And her situation seems similar to mine.
I ran away from my home as well. I also had issues with my family. But I dare it to speak about it, not think about it.
I saw Y/N walking towards me. I put a smile on my face. "Ready to go?" I asked. "Yes, also thank you." She said. "Of course." I smiled. She smiled back.
We began walking home. "So tell me about yourself." She asked. "Well, I also ran away from my home. Also because of family issues. But I don't really like to talk about it." I said. "Oh." She said.
"But other than that, I love reading, and learning about the world and new languages." I said. She smiled. "As do I. We have a lot in common." She said. "Indeed we do." I said.
It's still pretty early, just a bit before sunset. "Come on I want to show you something." I said.
I led her to a quiet area in the forest. There was a small waterfall with big rocks and trees around it.
"I come here often when I think of my past, or if I feel sad or depressed." I said. I sat on a rock as she sat besides me.
I closed my eyes for a bit. After awhile I opened my eyes and saw some tears rolling down Y/N's cheeks. I slowly held her hand and rubbed it. She looked at me and I smiled. "It's okay." I whispered to her. She smiled. "Thank you."
