Chapter 835: Winner

"I didn't think you'd be this slow, you know. Then again, I do have a habit of overestimating people at times," Jian was holding onto a very thin lead, but despite that, he didn't forget to have fun with Lucifer. 

"Is that so..." Lucifer let out. A bolt of lightning appeared in his left eye as the lighting around him intensified. Within seconds, his speed multiplied.

Lucifer zoomed past Jian like a rocket, leaving him behind. Finally, for the first time, he had gained the lead again. 

"Looks like I stepped on the cat's tail. Why were you hiding that speed?" Jian chuckled. "But that doesn't matter. You know I don't have a habit of losing. And I'm not starting now!"

Jian also increased his speed; however, despite his speed, he was still behind. In fact, instead of closing in, the distance between the two only kept increasing.
