Chapter 57

Michael's P. O. V

The game so far has been to my taste, the team is at a good pace and I haven't had a thought about you know who. The Rhinos are getting a whopping from us, I just tossed the ball over the field to Ace, the whole school was going ballistic. That would be the second touchdown of the game. Ace took the ball and ran far, the other teammates all tackled the brutally offensive team.

The school went wild, but in a second too soon their cheers turned sour. I trained my eyes to the sight in front of me, a whistle was blown. The next sound that replaced the crowd was Ace's groans while he held unto his leg on the floor.

One of the receivers kicked him down and trampled all over his left foot. He took the ball and ran off to score but thankfully the ref blew the whistle.
