Joana's Letter

Ban followed behind Emelia, not knowing what was wrong. He thought carefully and could not think of anything he said that might offend or upset her. 

As he arrived upstairs, he knocked on the door of her room. 

"Emi? What's wrong? Did I do something wrong?" He asked worriedly. 

Ban waited for a moment and after receiving no reply, he asked again as he knocked on the door gently. 

"Emi? Can you please open the door? Can you tell me what I did that made you upset?" 

"No! I'm fine. I'm just tired, I want to sleep." 

Although she said that, Ban could definitely sense the irritation contained in her voice. 

"No, Emi, I know there's something you're upset about. Can you tell me what it is?" 

"It's fine, really. You don't need to worry about me." 

After a few minutes, Ban could only walk towards the attic in dejection. No matter how he asked, Emelia just would not tell him what was going on.
