Giving slight incentives towards these people will make them think that the Guild or the person behind the Guild is generous, it would make them feel that fighting in the Beast Tide is something that they should be doing and is the right thing to do."

"However, in truth, the punishment of immediate execution upon those who flee would actually not be implemented right away. As during that time, everyone will be busy fighting with Beasts and no one will be able to enforce that rule unless it was really their plan from the start- to kill people wantonly. But I don't think the Adventurers Guild has such thoughts… maybe?"
