"It's getting late. Let's head back." I said to Cortney. Seeing all the work here was done, I planned to head back and learn about rune forging from Anna. 

"Okay, let's head back." Cortney nodded in affirmation.

"Can't you guys stay longer?" Bloodette pleaded. Having tested Cortney's rune, she had separated from the innate rune. 

"What for? Can't you just come with us using Cortney's innate blood rune?" I reminded Bloodette that she could follow us by entering Cortney's innate rune.

"But the seal…." Bloodette recalled dejectedly. 

"It could work. We should give it a try. If the soul pact card can allow you to level the seal for some time, then my innate rune could do the same. " Cortney supported my theory and wanted to give it a try. So she enthusiastically suggested Bloodette not give up.
