Yeah! Here's the new chapter!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Looking down at my hand, I reformed it again, feeling the soft, light feeling that was in it disappear.
Before, I had a hard time changing my body shape quickly, and that was bad because if I needed to get into direct combat I would have a hard time.
And actually that was one of the things I was racking my brain trying to figure out how to solve.
And this difficulty made me once again admit that Voldemort is a genius, since his Unsupported Flight was very practical and almost perfect.
But I was just using his spell as an inspiration, because I didn't just want to create a spell to help me fly without a broom, but a spell that could help me escape from dangerous situations.
Voldemort's Unsupported Flight only allowed him to fly, and when he was in this 'form' he was still a target that could be hit.
And that's what made the spell I was trying to create different, as I would basically turn into mist and any physical attacks would pass through me harmlessly.
"Hmm, why is it so easy to use this form now?" I wondered, frowning as I thought.
On reflection I began to alternate between my normal hand and the one made of mist, and as I did so I realized that I was almost instinctively controlling the transformation.
"I wonder…" I mumbled, stopping and looking down at my body.
"Well, it doesn't hurt to try" I said to myself, relaxing my body.
I then tried to replicate the feeling of lightness I had felt before, letting my magic flow through my body.
A cold sensation passed through my body, and when I looked down my body was shrouded in a dark haze.
Now concentrating again, I thought of suppressing the mist that came out of me, and immediately in my mind came the moment when I had fought the basilisk in the secret chamber, where I escaped from it letting my magic control my body, unconscious turning my body into mist to avoid the big snake's attack.
And with that memory, and a bit of concentration, I felt my body change, but still remaining with a certain feeling of lightness.
And looking down I could see my reformed body, with no mist leaking out of me.
Walking around a bit, I started to see if there was something wrong with my body, luckily finding nothing.
"I don't feel any different," I commented, before looking around.
And finding what I was looking for, I used my magic to levitate a small stone that was on the ground a little way away from me.
Turning towards the stone, I relaxed my body, before using my 'telekinesis' to throw the stone towards me.
The stone then, at great speed, came towards me, and I could see that instead of hitting my body, the stone passed through me without causing damage, with the place hit turning into mist and reforming soon after.
"Okay, that was the first test" I mumbled, taking a deep breath.
I then started walking, still keeping the stone under my control.
Walking, I kept throwing the boulder towards me, and every time it hit me it passed harmlessly through me.
I then started jumping, running, and sometimes even dodging, and every time I was hit the place where the stone passed turned into mist, thus not causing any damage to me.
I was so excited and involved with this test that I didn't even realize that I had stopped focusing on keeping the fog in my body under control.
After a few minutes I stopped, looking down at myself with an excited smile.
"Finally I did it" I said, feeling a sense of satisfaction after completing a difficult challenge, "Finally I created my own form of Unsupported Flight, which can still be used in combat"
"Now I can cross one more thing off my to-do list"
I then thought about continuing with my tests in this dream world, but as soon as I got ready to start I felt a touch on my body.
"Huh?" I looked at my shoulder in confusion.
And looking around, I could see that the forest around me started to shake, with the trees disintegrating and the sky cracking.
"This has never happened before," I mumbled, looking around in confusion, not knowing what was happening to the dream world around me.
The world then began to fade, and I felt myself leaving this dream, with everything going dark.
After everything went dark, I started to feel more taps on my shoulder, and frowning I started to open my eyes.
"Ethan son?" my mom, who was the one waking me up, called, "Are you okay?" she asked with concern.
"Huh? Yeah, I'm fine," I said, sitting up in bed confused.
'Hmm, so my dream ended that way because I was woken up by someone, unlike the other times I woke up naturally' I mused.
"Are you sure?" my mom asked, snapping me out of my thoughts, "Were you mumbling and frowning in your sleep?"
"It's okay mom, I was just having a weird dream" I said, which was true in many ways.
My mom then started looking at me, trying to judge from my expression if I was telling the truth.
And realizing I hadn't lied she nodded to herself, sighing in relief, which made me smile at her concern for me.
"Well, in that case I came here to wake you up because it's dinner time," she said, and I nodded.
"Okay, I'm just going to change into some more comfortable clothes and I'll be right down" I said.
"Great, then come soon because your dad and Cele are waiting for you" she said with a slight smile, leaving my room.
As soon as she left my room, I took a deep breath, looking down at my hands.
"Who knew one of my weird dreams would help me complete my spell," I muttered.
I then started to reflect on everything that happened in that dream, thinking about Riddle's memories and my spell, but there was a question that didn't leave my mind, which I couldn't find the answer to.
"Whose female voice was that?" I wondered, remembering the voice that was gently guiding me through the steps to complete my spell.
"And why do I get the feeling I've heard her before?" I frowned.

-The next morning-
As soon as I woke up today the first thing I did was go to the training room that was inside my suitcase, and in that training room I tested my mist form, happy that I could use it in the real world too.
As I couldn't do a full test with this form in my dream I decided to do it in my training room.
I tried flying in this form, and surprisingly the flight was smoother than on a broomstick.
Of course, I haven't tried flying at great heights or in bad weather, so I can't say for sure what the best way to fly is.
I also tried to see if I could Apparate while in this form, and the answer was yes.
In fact, Apparating in this form was quieter than a normal apparition, and that opened up a lot of possibilities for me.
In addition to these tests I also tried to analyze how many projectiles or blows I could take in the form of mist without taking damage, also seeing if a larger projectile or a more powerful attack could overcome the spell.
From my tests I came to the conclusion that it didn't matter the amount or power of the attack, if it was physical I wouldn't be hit.
However, this still needed to be tested against spells, as my original intention in creating this spell was to be able to fight warlocks and their curses.
But then, changing the subject and putting the tests aside, I was glad to have a better grip on this new skill of mine, as my family and I received a letter from Sirius letting us know that we were going to the Quidditch World Cup in two. days.
Knowing the problems and dangers we would find there, I wanted to be as prepared as possible, because when the Death Eaters mutiny happens, I will be ready to start my hunt.
End.
