03: 2 Months Skip

Klein returned to the hospital when the sun began to rise, he did it fast enough to not be seen because he wanted to analyze the information he had... Yesterday night, with his [Enchantment: Great Hearing (C)] he could hear everything loud and clear in a radius of 5 kilometers around him, which let him gather some information. Like the technology here was equal to his past earth or a least he thinks there's not much he remembers about his past life anyway, there were no other species than humans at least that the public knew about.

"Not much enchanted or super-powerful individuals here... no knowledge of energy converting or energy attacks... This world is so lacking." Klein said to himself, with [Magical Power: Energy Conversion (A)] he could convert his blood into energy and use that energy to attack or create constructs too, it consumed a lot of energy, which was why he didn't use it very often. The energy he created when converting his blood into energy was red, this was one way of using magic that he knew, but because he was not born with this power and didn't know how to absorb energy from the air and convert it to energy, he could not use magic at all. He still tries to convert air to energy and use that energy to cast a spell, but to cast a spell someone needs to learn it, and learning magic by yourself without any book or only by trial and error was too risky and dangerous, and also completely not worthy because he would learn it in the future.

As Klein wore his hospital shirt and lied down on the bed, the door was opened by a nurse who came in and asked how he was feeling, he told her: "I'm feeling good, i remembered some things through the night... My name for example and other names too..." Klein smiled, the nurse asked his name and he answered: "Klein... I also remember the name Prescott for some reason..." The Prescotts were a shady family, that's what Klein heard while flying around and hearing everything. They were involved in drug selling and traffic, sometimes even slave selling. The son of the Prescott family, Natan Prescott was involved in kidnapping young school girls to drug them and photograph them with another guy that the name Klein didn't hear because Nathan only called him professor, which meant he was a teacher! And the only teaching grounds (that were not for underaged children) was the Blackwell Academy.

Klein just ignored it. Why? Because he doesn't care about it. After months of killing in the Afterlife Arena, he simply grew to ignore most people and look at them like they are strangers. He didn't have many friends anyway, and they weren't necessary for his survival so he simply lived without them. As time passed, Klein began to show some signs of recovery, it took him some time to convince the doctors that he was recovered and could fend for himself, he just found an easy job in a place called Two Whales Diner, with his handsome looks it was easy to catch the attention of several young ladies who would come to the dinner to try and seduce him... Which was ineffective but seen as he playing hard to get.

This whole process took Klein two months and today was the 7th of October, 2011.

(A/N: I don't know the year when the 1st episode of Life is Strange happens, but I know the month and day, so I will make it 2011 for the 1st game and 2012 for the 2nd game.)

Klein doesn't remember how old he is, he didn't care, but because he was making a cover identity he had to get documents and his age was necessary as well as his name. He registered as Klein Knight, 20 years old, male. That was a good start, he got a small house to rent and had a stable job... He sincerely began to enjoy his life a little bit.

In those two months, he also got more abilities and got used to them so he can fight whenever (if) necessary.

It was rather easy to get [Mental Power: Mind Shield (C)]. With meditation and converting energy inside his body and controlling it to create a shield around his brain, he was successfully able to create a shield that blocks mental attacks and mind-reading-related abilities, the [Manipulation: Water (B)] was acquired when he tried and controlled water inserting energy into it. The [Enchantments] were rather easy to get as he just concentrated and wished for them, [Enchantment: Leg Blades (C)] and [Enchantment: Finger Claw (E)] were different enchantments because they had different uses. While leg blades would be used to fight to transform his whole leg into a blade, he could use his other enchantment which transformed his finger(and only one) into a sharp claw that can be used as a slashing/penetrating weapon.

With this, he could do quick assassinations if necessary. Klein started to enjoy life a little as he did not need to kill every day to survive... Don't get him wrong, he is prepared to kill anything all the time, he is just relaxing a little. With a sigh, he left to the lighthouse of this little coastal city in Oregon... He was finally happy? Is this what happiness feels like? He doesn't know for he was never happy! He just wishes for someone to happily share his happiness with... Maybe one day, who knows.

As Klein sat down on the bench beside the lighthouse, he smiled as he looked down at the beautiful city that was this peaceful place. Klein suddenly felt something different... It was strange, he didn't know what was happening and he felt really out of place as if he was on a ship that was being thrown around by the waves and his feet was stuck to the ship, so even if the ship was upside down he would stick to the ship and be upside down.

Everything seemed to change and for a second he saw a huge typhoon approaching the city, and then, as if by magic... It disappeared.
