First Duel As a Tank

Oh good I arrived on time, I thought I would be late for the class since of his sudden appearance and the best thing is that no spies have been following me. If they really would have been following me I don't know how I would fight them alone.

"Oh look who has come our genius Adel Cronin the Useless Hero. Oh, I am afraid today about fighting him in today's duel. Wait but what will he use to fight me probably with a stick. Hahaha."Ridel and his same habit c'mon I don't have time for this.

"Look Ridel if what you want is a fight then I will give you a one but for now leave my way. I have somewhere to go." (Adel's face remains calm but his voice becomes intimidating)

"Oh looks like you have trained hard well then, see you at the stage. There I will break your bones and then Elena would never care about you."(Ridel says this and walks away with other boys)

Woah! finally, he went away I thought I had to fight him. Now what I have to do is create some skills so that next time if anyone approaches me I can fight them head-on. Now let's try making some basic skills like stealth and detection. These can be useful for me in my battles.

"Ability DYNAMIC CREATION " (A circular screen pops up as he calls out his ability name)

"Skill Create- Stealth"

"Skill Create-Detection"

I guess so I can make literally anything. What if I make a skill that can combine other skills? Can't help I am too obsessed with making skills apart from weapons.

"Skill Create-Combine"

Yay, 'Combine' has been added to the skill list. Now let's use it, wait if I try using combine on weapons, I will be able to give skills to the weapons. Wow, I can't even imagine how much rich I will be?

Since I have can use combine then the thing which I wanted to do can be done now. Gia told me that day, that I have a skill called Truth Eye and she gave me a skill called Future prediction. Both are pretty powerful but have some limits like Future Prediction just predict the future and Truth Eye shows the weakness of others. (Adel thinks of all these things with a grin on his face which was making him look pretty creepy.

But if I combine these I can remove their limitations.

"Skill Combine-Future Prediction with Truth Eye"

(A blue glow surrounds his whole body and he a message appears in his head)

"Skill created Future Eye, abilities: allows user to see a few seconds into the future and identify the weak spot of an enemy."

Wow, it is better than I expected with this I can fight with anyone without showing my true power. Now I have to prepare for my first duel. Let's rock today!

"Students are requested to come to the duelling area immediately. The duels are going to begin soon." Oh so it's going to start already well I don't think I have time to prepare let's just plan there how to fight. I am excited to see who is going to be my opponent. Whoever they will be I will just try not to stand out.

(Adel arrives at the duelling area. here he saw a huge crowd, and all the famous people from different cities have come to see the duels)

Many bigshots have come today to see the new talents, some from noble families some from biggest armament company NOX and even two Alpha ranking F.F. [Rage Hero] and [Mr Invincible] have come as a guest to see the duels. Wow, this is going to be exciting.

"Hey, everyone, I am Jimmy Fallon and I am the referee of today's duel. Now the first fighter is Adel Cronin who's ability is DYNAMIC CREATION and his challenger is Ridel Claventine and his ability is ELEMENTAL MANIPULATION."

"So let's begin the duel."

(With this the duel between Ridel and Adel begins)

"Didn't know that I would get the chance to destroy you soon. Today I will defeat you and then make that girl called Gia suffer for your deeds." (Ridel speaks with a disgusting smile on his face and his words somehow made Adel angry)

"Haha, I thought I would not try to stand out but you first laid your filthy eyes on Elena and now you want to mess with Gia. Let me show you the power of my ability, Ridel Claventine!" (Adel is now furious and tries to take this fight seriously)

"Don't joke with me Adel what can you do with your pathetic ability just be a blacksmith somewhere."

"Ability ELEMENTAL MANIPULATION ."

"Air Bullet fire!"

(Ridel calls out his ability name and shoots out an air bullet towards Adel but Adel somewhat appears to be calm)

"Ability DYNAMIC CREATION ."

"Activate Shield Wall!"

(A force field gets generated around him and on touching the field the bullet gets absorbed)

"Is this all you have got Ridel? I have decided I will fight my first duel as a tank. I will not move from my place at all if you can even give me a scratch before time is out, I will forfeit this match and be your servant. If not then you will never come in front of me if you come; I will kill you!" (Adel is pissed off from the previous remark of Ridel and so he goes all out against him)

"Well then let me show you my power."

"Lighting-Fire Storm charge"

"Ice-Missile fire!"

"Air Bullets continuous fire!"

(The whole stage starts shaking due to the impact of his attacks)

"Hahahaha! let's see how are you going to survive this?"

(All the attacks of Ridel comes in contact with the force field and get sucked by it causing zero damage to Adel)

"What is happening....you, you are totally fine. How can that be possible? Those are my strongest skills. What the hell is that shield? Enough now I will show you my ultimate skill."

"By combining all elements I have formed this ultimate skill."

"Elemental Bomb charge and explode"

(A ball of different energies with the speed of sound charged towards Adel. The radiation from the ball started corroding the whole stage)

(The ball crashed with the field and a large explosion happened)

"Oh, what happened Ridel out of moves huh? I am still standing here without any damage and the time is already out and I think it's time for the referee to announce the winner."

"Ah, oh sorry I just felt sleepy in the middle of the battle. Yeah, of course, the winner is no doubt, Adel." (The referee announces as he wipes his drool)

"How the hell do you know who won, weren't you just sleeping? How can you be so sure? Let them have a rematch." (A man with an arrogant face starts arguing with the referee)

"Yeah, yeah let them have a rematch."

"Yeah how can a useless ability win against a superior ability"

(Seeing the crowd the man starts grinning)

"Oh, so you all want a rematch? Do you know who I am? I am [Time Stroller] and my ability TIME GUIDE lets me see every movement of my opponent since I can time travel and from the very first moment Adel did not take any steps nor did he take any damage. Don't you try to mess with me! Nobles like you are nothing in front of me."

"So results are clear Adel has won though he didn't do any damage to Ridel still win cause Ridel is worn out and time is already out."

(With this the duel concludes and Adel wins and the referee is changed because he leaves the stage and some new referee comes.)

"Nice trying kid to hide your abilities to this extent. I will be keeping an eye on you." (Jimmy says this and walks away and Adel become confused, as for Ridel he has passed out.)
