"WHAT?!" Apollo and I yelled

He sighed before answering "It was an alliance agreement between two Clans to enforce a forever bond. Of course, when you both got older, we would have given you the choice to follow through with agreement through marriage or a business deal. Who would have thought the both of you would fall for each other in the end?"

I tilted my head in confusion "How come I don't remember him?"

Mom held my hand "Well, we tried to keep you away from that part of our world for as long as possible. Rather than learning how to be out in the field we wanted you to learn how to be leader.
