The Dazzling Stars

(Argh! I already got used to this bad luck so I don't care if you give me your worse! I'll beat the shit out of it!)

Lights that far too many to count appeared in front of him as it was impossible to find what he needs.

This is different when tried he grab the sea urchin as there is only one light in front of him.

It looks like the evolution took him onto another peak of a change but the timing is bad.

Desperately finding a near big light as he thought that it might be a bubble.

(Trying to find a solution is better than doing nothing.)

Squinting his imaginary eyes he found a big light that has the same size as the bubble.

He swims towards it with his imaginary body while his real body is actually staying still as his body descends.

He goes around with his imaginary body but he still descends even in this imaginary world.

Like the void world this also has many mysteries that need to be solved but there's no time for that now.

Stretching his both hands trying to grasp the big light but no matter how he grasps it even if he's already in front of it he can't go inside.

It's like a solid object totally different from the bubble.

Before he could know what's the thing in front of him he descends further away from the big light.

He didn't manage to find a bubble.

Still descending even further deep his body started to crumble again by the pressure as the intense pain is appearing again.

(Not yet.)

Not losing his focus he searches again from the dazzling stars that around him.

10 minutes after; He still hasn't found any bubble. His right elbow dislocates from the pressure, no it's more like it gotten thin. A wave of intense pain comes again to his whole body but Imuthis managed to hold it down in a short moment.

20 minutes; Still no progress. He feels like his body is shrinking from the pressure as he descends. Without noticing his body, his lungs are already collapsed as it doesn't store any more air but for some reason, he's somehow fine.

30 minutes; He found a near red light that has the same size as his body but at the end, as he stretches his left hand toward it his whole left hand was eaten. He swam away with his life as he learns that red light indicates harmful creatures. He didn't know what it was but he knew that thing ate his left hand. Luckily, the creature didn't chase him.

Gotten used to the unbearable pain he struggles again finding a way to survive.

Two hours had passed since then...

Mike with only faint conscious still is seen from his eyes as his body crumbles to the pressure that all of his organs have already stopped functioning.

His monster regeneration can't catch up to the speed of his body breaking down.

Yet for some reason maybe because of the will to live, his brain is still alive as he held in not daring to faint away dying without showing what he's made of in this miserable black place.

Inside his head, his brain is shaking forming in a weird shape like trying to escape its shell.

(Not yet, Not yet, Not yet.)

He didn't have the energy or strength to move his body an inch as his whole brain is on focus in his vision of the dazzling stars.

Mike is so focused focus that he didn't realize that he doesn't have air inside his body anymore but he's still alive.

His imaginary eyes are staring below where he's about to descend observing every light if it has the same aura of the bubble.

(Come on, Come on, Come on.)

Many hours had passed since then, or maybe even a day had passed. Mike could not know what time is it nor how deep he is.

(Not yet... Not yet.) Barely thinking straight at all he keeps repeating every word just to stay awake.

His body like an old man or an old lady??? because his whole body is in wrinkles. Little did Mike know that his skin is shedding as it turned into a liquid every time an hour had passed.

[Mike? Are you still there?]

(Not yet...)

[Don't die on me.]

Imuthis could only cheer Mike through words as he helps him suppressing his pain and even managing his brain without the supply of air.

The process of how did Imuthis make the brain be active without oxygen is still a mystery but will find out for the later years but that's another story.

Unexpectedly, Out of nowhere Imuthis with the help of the speed-up evolution, blocks every hole from Mike's body to not let any unnecessary water get inside.

Another day had passed.

(Not yet... ???)

After many uncountable attempts on finding a single bubble, Mike managed to learn what is the color and the size of the light of the bubble in these dazzling stars.

Not because he managed to observe every one of them but because at the end he was saved by luck.

The light's size is a little smaller than him and the color of the light is darkish blue.

As soon he made contact he felt the familiar texture of the bubble.

As Mike knew what is the light is he didn't hesitate to enter inside the bubble slowly and steadily.

Immediately laying down at the ground he inhales air more haggardly and desperately. Opening his eyes he feels pain.

He can't stand up as his body is very thin but he's quite grateful because he didn't die even after that another hellish experience.

As he inhales a rebound from his body appeared. Well, he actually expected it tho.

Vomiting a little amount of blood some of his teeth fell out.

He didn't expect the teeth but as he inhales more his black long hair detached from his head.

He expected it but as he thought that he didn't know what's happening.

As one could guess... his conscious went shut down.
