Since it would still take some time before the 'spy' will enter the Bloodflow Kingdom, Cairo can't formulate that much of a plan. After all, even the information that he can get about Kral was something that the Larton and other Kingdom already knows

Since that was the case, it means that even the Kingdoms cannot see any flaws against Kral and it was as if the man was perfectly kind. However ... Cairo knows something that they don't know... Kral in the past has some annoying powers!

Cairo can only hope that in the two weeks that he has, he would learn something about the man. He doesn't have a choice but to pin his hopes on the reports that he will get from the spies

Fortunately, Larton Kingdom's forces are not only located in the Kingdom itself. There are surely some of them that were spread wide and it wouldn't take that much time for them to arrive at the Bloodflow Kingdom

Cairo ready some more information about Kral before deciding to stop. No matter how many things he had read about Kral, there was simply nothing that he can find suspicious aside from the King letting him have too big of an influence

Cairo hopes that he would be able to think of something after the reports from the spy arrives

As to not waste any time, Cairo starts to continue making the prototype of his Magic Core that he greatly needs. Since he planned on making his core as perfect as possible, it would take him a lot of time to finish it and he can't afford to slack off

Just like that almost a whole week had passed before Cairo got the report. As soon as the kid receives it, he immediately read the contents and his doubts grew

There are few people that entered the Bloodflow Kingdom because of the difficulty. Because of that, not much was really known about them

The 'big' things are easy to reach the ears of the neighbors but the 'small things' are harder. For example, a killing of a Noble or Royal is something 'big' and it was something that would immediately be known by other Kingdoms

However, if the person that was killed was an unimportant peasant, then people would just simply ignore it and deemed it as an unimportant news

The Larton along with the other Kingdoms mostly knows only the big things but since the men that were sent by Cairo have a specific goal, they took notice of the 'small things'

Cairo particularly had the spies to focus on the commoners. Most people would think of investigating the higher-ups as they are the important people that can easily affect the big picture

However, Cairo is well aware that those big shots are already been investigated. There might not be anything important that he can get from them and turns out that it was the right choice

If a person is already on guard about something, even the smallest detail would mean something to them. The reports said that the citizens were adoring Kral too much!

It wasn't that much of a problem if the citizens only like Kral but it was just too much! Every time that the spies will ask anything about Kral, the people's eyes would twinkle as if they are worshiping their Gods

Things like that can really happen but the number of people that are like this was too many! It was certainly something that would be considered suspicious

"Just as I thought ..." Cairo muttered to himself. The reason why Cairo was too on guard about Kral was that the man is a face faced devil and also because of the power within his blood

However, Cairo didn't think much about Kral's blood power because it has some limitations. There is a special power within Kral's blood but it was not something that is easy to use!

Kral can use it to affect a small number of people but to use it on hundreds of thousands of people, is something that should not be possible

Even Cairo was not fully aware of the power within Kral's blood, in his memories, Kral can only curse people with his blood. Of course, other magics can do something similar to that but his was special

If a person was injected or digested Kral's blood, the man can use it to control them. Of course, the prerequisite is that the amount should be high enough, if not, it would be completely useless

Other magic similar to the one that Kral can use will leave magic fluctuations but controlling people through his blood is different. It won't emit even a single magic fluctuation!

Kral's blood tampered with a living creature's cell itself. If Kral wants, he can alter his target's brain and make them stronger and loyal to him

His blood can automatically do that even without his control. The process was similar to when a person eats food, after swallowing the food, their bodies would automatically process the food to be used as nutrients. It was a biological function and is not something that is powered by any kind of magic. In some ways, Kral's blood is like a virus

However, even just controlling a single person already needs a lot of his blood. Even after a few decades of using treasures that can increase blood production, how could it be possible for Kral to use the power in his blood to hundreds of thousands to millions of people? That is the reason why Cairo was only on guard on the man's blood and he tried thinking of something that will ruin the man's reputation

Cairo didn't think that this could be possible. But because of the report, Cairo can't cross out that possibility anymore

"Del, send spies to the Kingdoms that Kral traded with and are in good relationship with the Bloodflow Kingdom. I want them to do the same thing they did to the citizens in the Bloodflow Kingdom. Focus on the commoners and find out what they think of Kral "Cairo ordered after reading the report's content

Del doesn't know the things inside Cairo's head. He felt that it was really suspicious that the commoners are loving Kral too much but that was all of it. He doesn't know what Cairo knows about Kral and he can't make that much of a conclusion

"Also, I need the serums that Kral is selling. Use them in some prisoners and have some biologists constantly monitor the prisoners before and after they took the serum. Order them to particularly focus on the brain part" Cairo continued giving more orders like the rich Young Master that he is and Del silently accomplished his orders or more like passed it to other people to manage

Cairo is like a restaurant's owner that will give orders to the manager (Del) while the manager will arrange for the workers to accomplish the orders

"Is that all Young Master?" Cairo asked and he was about to answer yes when he thought of something. "I want the serums to be inspected too, but not in a magical way. Ignore the serums' effect that will be achieved through magic. I want the mages to investigate only the blood in the serums and not the whole serum. Compare it to normal blood and figure out what are the differences "

Cairo's order weirded out Del. After all, blood is just blood. They mostly have special effects because of the magic that was imbued to them

Still, Del knew Cairo is serious about it and he can only arrange for more people to accomplish the kid's orders. Cairo already proved himself through his contribution of helping the Kingdom weed out spies and also the creation of the crystals. It won't hurt if Del just listen to this kid

"For now, I need to continue testing my Magic Core Prototype. I planned on using stronger and more complex magic, accompany me to the training grounds" Cairo said and the two immediately heads out to go to the place where Cairo can fully test his magic

Since Cairo needs to stay inside his lab as much as possible, the training grounds he had in it also received a huge upgrade. But as of now, Cairo still can't use it to the fullest potential

In fact, even a simple training ground would be enough for Cairo's current level. However, Kira was set on giving him the best

Cairo chose an open area with sands below him. This is still the terrain that Cairo is most familiar with and this place would work

The Magic Core prototype appeared on top of Cairo's hand and he controlled it to float in front of him

After that, a finger size rectangular blue thing appeared in the kid's hand and he pointed it towards the Magic Core

Cairo is still an acolyte, his mana quality and quantity is not the best thing to test his core

The blue stone on Cairo's hand contained a mana that has quantity and quality of an average Mage, he would see better results if he uses it
